Program Vision
SFAL’s Skill Development initiative aims to strengthen India’s semiconductor talent pipeline by delivering training that’s not only aligned with the industry but also focuses beyond just academic learning. The program focuses on building practical competencies through carefully designed courses and workshops, enabling participants to develop skills that are relevant, current, and directly applicable within the semiconductor ecosystem.

Education & Training Partnerships
SFAL, in collaboration with training organizations, academic institutions, and partners, works to deliver curated learning programs for professionals and students in the semiconductor ecosystem. Partners work closely on developing month-long courses, workshops, and modular learning initiatives that are relevant and aligned with the industry. These associations provide partners with exposure to collaboration opportunities with startups and innovators just entering the ecosystem space in India, and at the same time, supporting the development of a skilled talent pool for the semiconductor sector.
